Restorative Yoga

For those seeking deep relaxation and restoration of the body, mind, and soul. We will be using bolsters, blocks, and blankets to support the body in gentle postures held for 3-10 minutes. By holding these postures for long periods of time you allow yourself to find deep relaxation which assists in; improving your breathing & flexibility, managing stress & pain, supporting your immune & nervous systems, sleeping & sleep quality, and much more. Beneficial for all levels, from the brand new beginner to the advanced athlete.
