Yoga Basics

Yoga Basics- a Hatha style class focused on foundational poses at a slower pace. We'll be holding the poses for a few breaths, building strength, flexibility, and stability. The primary focus will be breath, meditation, and movement. We'll work on alignment and breath control, while getting back to the basics.
