
Yin blend is a combination of yin and Forrest styles of yoga. Poses are held for longer periods of time (3-10 min) with an intentional focus on addressing injuries, ailments, and pain. Props are used in order to bring the ground up to meet you where you are in your practice and allow for deeper relaxation. Breathwork is used to calm the nervous system, and help quiet the mind. Hands on adjustments are offered to help relax muscles, clear energetic blockages, and/or help bring awareness to a specific area of the body. You'll leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Great for any fitness level.
